There is a public bus leaving from Orchard Road Bus 16, which takes you to Marine Terrace. Across from Marine Terrace is an underpass which takes you underneath the ECP expressway and into East Coast Park

As well as the food hawkers there are a number of large seafood .

At night time the East Coast Seafood Centre has great views over the water with the horizon lite up by fishing boats, trawlers and cargo ships. The number of boats lining the horizon often looks like you are looking across to a separate island.
